What you will be doing

As the Rooms Division Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of the Rooms Division, ensuring every guest enjoys a flawless experience from check-in to check-out. You’ll lead and inspire your team to achieve exceptional service standards, drive sales, and maintain KOIA’s reputation for excellence.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Supervise operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Reservations, and Spa.
  • Develop strategies with management to improve operations and guest experiences.
  • Prepare performance reports on occupancy and satisfaction metrics.
  • Review guest accounts and invoices for accuracy.
  • Manage billing and room allocations to optimize occupancy.
  • Address guest inquiries and complaints professionally, enhancing overall satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate the front office team to meet sales targets.
  • Conduct training sessions to improve team skills and service delivery.
  • Monitor team performance and implement strategies to boost results.

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven professional with strong organizational skills and a dedication to exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a 5-star hotel.
  • Excellent command of Greek and English; knowledge of German is highly desirable, with additional languages as a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet applications.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems (PMS) as an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities and a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Experience managing multiple departments (e.g., Front Office, Housekeeping, Reservations, Spa) is highly desirable.
