As a Receptionist & Guest Relations Agent, you will be part of a team dedicated to exceeding guest expectations by offering personalized, seamless, and professional service. Your role will be essential in ensuring each guest enjoys an unforgettable stay, from the moment they arrive until their departure.

 

What you will be doing

Your role in shaping the KOIA experience

 

As a Receptionist & Guest Relations Agent, you will be the face of KOIA, ensuring each guest receives a warm welcome, personalized service, and premium hospitality.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests and ensure seamless check-in & check-out.
  • Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints efficiently.
  • Promote hotel services through cross-selling & upselling.
  • Organize transfers, concierge services, and special requests.
  • Manage pre-arrival and post-departure communication.
  • Encourage guest feedback and online reviews.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Spa, and F&B teams.
  • Ensure daily reservations and VIP arrangements are in place.
  • Maintain professional appearance and adherence to hotel standards.

What you will bring to the team

We are looking for a customer-focused professional with a passion for delivering high-end hospitality experiences. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management (preferred but not required).
  • Fluency in Greek & English; German is highly desirable, and additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), internet applications, and social media tools.
  • Experience with Protel PMS (preferred).
  • Previous front office or guest relations experience, ideally in a 5-star hotel.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to give clear instructions, and handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • A proactive, guest-oriented approach and a strong sense of attention to detail.
