What you will be doing

Your role in shaping the KOIA experience

As a Groom/Bellboy, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and providing exceptional service throughout their stay. You will assist with luggage, transportation, and guest requests while upholding KOIA’s high standards of service and hospitality.

Key responsibilities:

Welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor, manage an efficient check-in process and provide comprehensive information about the hotel, its amenities, and local attractions.
Anticipate and address guest needs throughout their stay, providing personalized assistance with luggage, room requests, and inquiries while offering tailored recommendations for local dining and activities.
Monitor and enhance guest satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly, following up post-check-in, and ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Handle guest requests for room upgrades, special amenities, or early check-ins/late check-outs when available.
Collaborate with other teams, including Housekeeping and Maintenance, to resolve guest requests or issues promptly and professionally.
Handle guest complaints with professionalism and tact, resolving issues swiftly and recording incidents for continuous improvement.
Gather and share feedback with management to enhance services, contributing innovative ideas to elevate the guest experience.
Assist with administrative duties, including maintaining guest records and preparing reports.
Assist with check-out procedures, including issuing invoices, processing payments, and updating guest accounts.

What you will bring to the team

We are looking for a passionate hospitality professional with exceptional guest service skills and a strong sense of responsibility. The ideal candidate will have:

2-3 years of experience in a similar role at a 5-star hotel.
A valid European driving license.
Excellent communication skills in English and Greek (additional languages are a plus).
A professional attitude, well-groomed appearance, and customer-focused mindset.
A proactive and team-oriented approach to service.
