What you will be doing
Your role in shaping the KOIA experience
As a Spa Therapist, you will provide expert treatments tailored to guest needs, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience that reflects KOIA’s ethos of wellness and excellence.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure a welcoming, professional and relaxing environment for all guests.
- Perform a variety of professional spa treatments, including massages, facials, body wraps, scrubs and other services as required.
- Provide thorough consultations to understand guest concerns and recommend suitable treatments.
- Educate guests on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate home-care products.
- Actively promote spa services and retail products to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.
- Respond to guest inquiries, feedback and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Work collaboratively with other spa team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and organization of all treatment rooms, spa equipment and common areas.

- Knowledge of health, safety and sanitation standards in spa environments.
- A proactive and professional attitude, with the ability to handle guest concerns gracefully.
- A collaborative approach to working with other team members.
- Ability to handle guest and staff concerns with professionalism and discretion.
