What you will be doing

Your role in shaping the KOIA experience

As a Beautician & Spa Therapist, you will provide high-quality beauty and wellness treatments, ensuring an exceptional guest experience. You will play a key role in enhancing well-being, relaxation and rejuvenation, in alignment with KOIA’s holistic philosophy.

Key responsibilities:

Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including facials, body treatments, manicures and pedicures.
Deliver professional massage therapies.
Assess guests’ needs and recommend personalized treatment plans to enhance their wellness journey.
Ensure a calm and relaxing environment, delivering an elevated spa experience.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and safety in the spa area.
Promote and upsell spa services and retail products to enhance guest satisfaction.

We are seeking a skilled and passionate professional who thrives on creating exceptional wellness experiences and embodies KOIA’s values of care and excellence. The ideal candidate will have:

Proven experience in a luxury spa, wellness center, or hospitality setting.
Expertise in a wide range of treatments, including massages, facials and body therapies.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build lasting guest relationships.
Knowledge of health, safety and sanitation standards in spa environments.
Yoga knowledge will be considered a plus.
A proactive and professional attitude, with the ability to handle guest concerns gracefully.
A collaborative approach to working with other team members.
Ability to handle guest and staff concerns with professionalism and discretion.
